Navigation:
Dashboard → Team Members

Available on: Club Plan only
Audience: Club Admins / Account Owners

Overview #

The Team Members section allows Club plan users to invite team members and share Clubsmaster features across their organization.

With team access, multiple people can:

  • Score matches
  • Record or stream games
  • Access Club features using their own login

🔒 This menu is visible only on the Club plan.

Team Member Limits #

  • You can invite up to 10 team members
  • Each member can use:
    • 1 Scorer device
    • 1 Recorder device
  • Device rules apply per member login

The current usage is shown at the top (e.g. 0 / 10 members).

Team Members Table #

The table shows all invited and active members.

Columns explained: #

  • Email – invited member’s email address
  • Name – visible after the member accepts the invitation
  • Status
    • Pending – invitation sent, not yet accepted
    • Active – member has joined and can use apps
  • Actions
    • Resend – resend invitation email
    • Delete – remove member access

💡 Removing a member immediately revokes their app access.

What the Invited Member Sees #

The invited user receives an email with an Accept Invitation button.

After clicking the invitation link: #

  • They are guided to create their account
  • They complete signup and email verification (OTP)
  • They automatically join your Club team

The signup page clearly states:

“You’ve been invited to join a Club team. After registration, you’ll have access to all Club features.”

(Signup page showing “Accept Your Invitation” message.)

After Joining the Team #

Once accepted:

  • The member appears as Active in the Team Members list
  • They can log in to:
    • Scorer App
    • Recorder App
  • They use their own email and password
  • Their access follows Club plan limits

🔐 Team members do not manage billing or subscriptions.

Removing a Team Member #

To remove a member:

  1. Go to Team Members
  2. Click Delete next to the member
  3. Confirm removal

The member:

  • Loses access immediately
  • Is logged out of the apps
  • Can be re-invited later if needed

Best Practices for Clubs #

  • Invite scorers, coaches, or media volunteers individually
  • Use personal email addresses for each member
  • Remove access when a member leaves the team
  • Keep 1 person responsible for billing and plan management
