Logging In to Clubsmaster #
You can access your Clubsmaster dashboard by logging in at:
👉 https://app.clubsmaster.com/login
Use the same email and password you used during signup.
Login Requirements #
To log in successfully, you must:
- Have completed account signup
- Have verified your email address
- Have an active subscription or be within a trial period
⚠️ If you have not subscribed yet, you won’t be able to access the dashboard.
How to Log In #
- Enter your registered email address
- Enter your password
- (Optional) Enable Remember Me to stay logged in
- Click Login
If your details are correct, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard.
Forgot Your Password? #
If you can’t remember your password:
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your registered email
- Follow the reset link sent to your email
Password reset links expire for security reasons. If it expires, request a new one.
New on Our Platform? #
If you see “New on our platform? Subscribe now”, it means:
- You don’t have an active account yet, or
- You haven’t completed the signup + subscription process
Clicking Subscribe now will take you to the plan selection and signup flow.
Common Login Issues & Solutions #
❌ Invalid email or password
- Double-check spelling
- Make sure you’re using the same email used during signup
❌ Email not verified
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email
- Verify your email before logging in
❌ Subscription inactive
- Ensure your trial hasn’t expired
- Check billing status if payment failed
Security Notes #
- Never share your login credentials
- Clubsmaster does not ask for passwords via email or WhatsApp
- Log out from shared or public devices
