Welcome to Your Clubsmaster Dashboard #
The Clubsmaster dashboard is your central control panel. From here, you can:
- Check your trial or subscription status
- Download the Scorer and Recorder apps
- Upgrade or change your plan
- Manage billing and (on Club plans) team access
This is the first page you see after completing signup and email verification.

Trial & Plan Status #
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see your current plan information.
What this shows: #
- Current Plan (Basic, Pro, or Club)
- Trial Status (if applicable)
- Trial End Date (for free trials)
- Subscription Status (Active / Trial / Expired)
Free Trial Users #
- You can use all features included in your selected plan during the trial
- You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges
- Billing begins automatically after the trial ends unless cancelled
💡 Tip: Trial rules apply across both Web and Android apps.
Get the Apps (Most Important Step) #
To start recording or streaming matches, you must install the mobile apps.
Scorer App #
- Used to control live scoring
- Update runs, goals, timers, and match events
- Acts as the “digital scoreboard”
Recorder App #
- Used to record or live stream video
- Displays the live score overlay on the video
- Produces a final, share-ready video instantly
Device Usage Rule #
- Each email account can use 1 device per app
- Logging in on a new device will automatically log out the previous one
Upgrade Your Plan #
If you’re on a trial or lower plan, you’ll see upgrade options on the dashboard.
Why upgrade? #
- Unlock additional sports
- Access more overlay templates
- Enable team sharing (Club plan)
- Get priority support (Club plan)
Upgrading does not delete your data or affect existing matches.
Plan-Based Feature Visibility #
Some dashboard options depend on your subscription plan.
Basic & Pro Plans #
- Single-user access
- Live scoring and recording
- Plan-specific sports and overlays
Club Plan Only #
- Invite Members menu
- Role-based access (Scorer, Coach, Player, Parent)
- Multi-device access for team members
🔒 Features not included in your plan will not appear in the menu.
What to Do Next #
New users should follow this order:
- Download the Scorer App and Recorder App
- Log in using the same email as your dashboard
- Set up your first match
- Start scoring and recording with live overlays
