Account Settings #
Navigation:
Dashboard → Account Settings → Account
Purpose: Manage your personal profile details
Audience: All users
Profile Details #
The Account tab lets you manage your personal information associated with your Clubsmaster account.
You can update: #
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number (optional)
Click Save Changes to apply updates, or Reset to discard unsaved changes.
💡 Your email address is used for login, billing notifications, and app access.
Email Address Changes #
- Changing your email updates login access across both Web and Android apps
- Make sure you use an email you can access easily
📧 Some changes may require verification for security purposes.
Delete Account (Coming Soon) #
Account deletion is currently marked as Coming Soon.
Once available:
- You’ll be asked to confirm deletion explicitly
- All associated data and subscriptions will be handled securely
⚠️ If you have an active subscription, cancellation may be required before account deletion.

- Keep your profile information up to date

Security & Password #
Navigation:
Dashboard → Account Settings → Security
Purpose: Protect your account by managing your password
Audience: All users
Change Password #
Use the Security tab to update your account password at any time.
Steps: #
- Enter your current password
- Enter a new password
- Confirm the new password
- Click Save Changes
Password Requirements #
Your new password must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
🔐 For best security, use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Security Best Practices #
- Do not share your password with others
- Log out from devices you no longer use
- Update your password regularly
Troubleshooting #
Forgot your password?
Use the Forgot Password option on the login page to reset it securely.
