Overview #
Creating a Clubsmaster account is the final step before accessing the web app and mobile scorer tools.
After selecting a plan on the Clubsmaster website, you are redirected to the secure signup page on app.clubsmaster.com, where you enter your account details and proceed to payment.
This guide walks you through:
- The signup form fields
- What information is required
- What happens after account creation
Step 1: Arrive on the Signup Page #
When you click Subscribe on the pricing plan:
- You are redirected to app.clubsmaster.com
- Your selected plan is pre-selected and displayed on the left
- The account creation form appears on the right
💡 You don’t need to reselect your plan — it’s already locked in for this signup session.

Step 2: Fill in Your Account Details #
Complete the signup form with the following information:
Required Fields #
- First Name – Used for your profile and communication
- Last Name
- Email Address – This becomes your login email
- Confirm Email – Ensures accuracy
- Password – Must meet security requirements
- Confirm Password
Optional Field #
- Mobile Number
Used only for account recovery or important notifications (optional).

Step 3: Review Plan Information #
On the left side of the screen, you’ll see:
- Selected plan name
- Billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
- Trial availability (if applicable)

Step 4: Proceed to Payment #
Once the form is completed:
- Click Create Account
- You are taken to the secure payment page
- Enter your card details
- Complete email verification (OTP)
If your plan includes a free trial:
- You won’t be charged immediately
- Billing starts automatically after the trial ends unless cancelled
What Happens Next? #
After successful signup and payment verification:
- Your account is created
- You are redirected to the Clubsmaster Dashboard
- You can immediately access the web app features
- You can connect the mobile Scorer app using the same account
- Team & Sharing Access:
Team sharing, multiple user roles, and shared access are available on the Club Plan.
If you’ve subscribed to the Club Plan, you’ll be able to invite team members from your dashboard after signup.
Common Questions #
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from the dashboard at any time.
Will I be charged during the free trial?
No. You are only charged after the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
What if I enter the wrong email?
You won’t be able to verify or log in. Make sure the email is correct before proceeding.
