1. Introduction

Welcome to Clubsmaster. This Privacy Policy explains how Clubsmaster.com  (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you:

  • Use our mobile applications: Score Controller (sports scoring) and ScoreCast (screen recording & live streaming)
  • Visit our websites: clubsmaster.com or app.clubsmaster.com

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information (Optional)

If you choose to create an account, we may collect:

  • Email address – For authentication and account recovery
  • Password – Stored securely via Firebase Authentication (hashed, not accessible to us)
  • Display name – Optional
  • User ID – Automatically generated unique identifier

2.2 Match Data (Optional)

If you use cloud backup features, we may collect:

  • Match scores – Runs, wickets, overs, team names
  • Match metadata – Date, location, notes
  • Scoring history – Your sessions

Note: You must use your app.clubsmaster.com account credentials to sign in to Score Controller and ScoreCast. All your app data is stored securely on your device and, if using cloud features, synced via your account.”

2.3 Technical Information

  • Device info – Model, OS version
  • App version
  • Crash reports – Anonymous logs

2.4 Bluetooth Transmission Data

  • Score data – Transmitted locally via Bluetooth to nearby devices
  • Device name – Your chosen BLE device name

Important: BLE data is local only; we do not collect or store it.

We do NOT use your data for advertising, selling, profiling, or tracking location.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Your Device – Local match data

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We may share data only with:

  • Google Firebase – for authentication, cloud backup, crash reporting
  • Legal authorities if required

We do NOT share data with advertisers, marketing firms, social media, or data brokers.

6. BLE Transmission

Score Controller broadcasts local BLE score data. We do not track receivers or personal data. Transmission is user-controlled and local only.

EU/UK Users: GDPR rights apply (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection).

8. Children’s Privacy

Not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parents can contact us to delete child data.

  • Match data: Until deleted
  • Crash logs: Up to 90 days
  • Inactive accounts: 3 years after notification

We may update this policy. Changes posted here, effective date updated, continued use = acceptance.

Data may be processed in UK, EU, or US. Appropriate safeguards apply (e.g., Google EU-US Privacy Framework).

We do NOT use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising IDs, or analytics beyond crash reporting.

14.1 Manual Scoring Mode

  • Data collected: None (unless account created)
  • Data stored: Only on your device
  • Privacy: Full offline privacy

14.2 Cloud Backup (Optional)

  • Data collected: Match data, account email

14.3 ScoreCast – Screen Recording & Live Streaming

ScoreCast allows screen recording and optional live streaming to YouTube, Twitch, or Facebook. Recording only occurs while enabled and stops when the app exits.

  • Data Processed: Screen content, camera (optional), microphone audio, Bluetooth score data (local only)
  • Usage: Recordings saved locally (/Movies/ScoreCast/). Streamed directly to chosen platform. We do NOT store recordings on our servers.
  • Third-Party Platforms: YouTube Live, Twitch, Facebook Live – subject to their privacy policies.
  • User Control: Delete local recordings anytime, remove streamed videos from platform, revoke permissions in device settings.

15. Billing & Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Users provide payment details directly to Stripe; we do not store full card details.

16. Key Notes for Users

All subscription billing, account management, and app usage occur via app.clubsmaster.com. Marketing, content, and SEO interactions occur via clubsmaster.com.
